A short note about the story I posted earlier about the dog Tank and his owner...
I asked Beau to read it. I watched him as he did. Looking for a sign of emotion. I was teary eyed in the first half and thought I'd see some kind of emotion from him. {though I knew it wouldn't be a teary eyed emotion} But got nothing. Zip. Notta.
It took him a while to read it and when he was done a simple 'humph' is all he said/mumbled.
Me: Did you like it?
Beau: It was a good story.
Me: Wasn't it sad?
Beau: Yeah, it happens.
It happens??? Really Beau, really?? I wasn't expecting tears or even a sniffle but come on!
He's so weird.
